The Daniel Cormier Show - Conor Benn on MAJOR BEEF with Ryan Garcia, weight-cut callout, Chris Eubank rivalry

He is thoroughly enjoying his partnership with Zuffa Boxing and being a trailblazer for their new venture.

Garcia missed the face-off because he is reportedly struggling with the weight, which Benn calls a lack of discipline and unprofessionalism.

He does not hate Garcia the way he hated Chris Eubank; his focus is on winning the title.

He has heard from close sources to Garcia's camp that Garcia is struggling with the weight. He will not be fooled or change his preparation based on these rumors.

There was no pressure to box because his father sold his belts, they never discussed boxing, and their religious upbringing frowned upon Nigel's lifestyle. He only realized his father's fame around age sixteen after witnessing the public's reaction at a Q&A.

His difficult upbringing and faith taught him resilience, and his father's daily training instilled discipline and work ethic. His father prioritizes his personal happiness over him becoming a world champion.

His father's emotional vulnerability influenced him to embrace his own emotions rather than hide behind a macho facade. He admits to crying more than his wife and getting emotional over movies.

He is savoring every moment of the weight cut and media buildup because he knows the experience will pass quickly.
